FRANCHISE AGREEMENT
This Franchise Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on this ___ day of __________, 20__, by and between:
Life Infotech, having its registered office at ___________________________ (hereinafter referred to as the “Franchisor”), and Mr./Ms. ___________________________, residing at ___________________________ (hereinafter referred to as the “Franchisee”).
1. Purpose
The Franchisor is engaged in the business of providing IT training, computer education, and skill development courses under the brand name “Life Infotech.” The Franchisee desires to operate a Life Infotech Training Center in their local area and agrees to promote, enroll, and manage students under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
2. Franchise Rights
The Franchisor grants to the Franchisee a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Life Infotech brand, logo, and training materials, and to conduct approved Life Infotech courses as per prescribed guidelines.
3. Commission and Revenue Sharing
- The Franchisee shall receive a 20% commission per student enrolled under their center.
• The remaining 80% of the fee shall belong to the Franchisor.
• All student fees shall be collected through the official Life Infotech payment system or as directed by the Franchisor.
• The Franchisee’s commission shall be payable within 7 working days after confirmation of student admission.
4. Roles and Responsibilities
Franchisor Responsibilities:
- Provide approved course content, training materials, and certification.
• Offer technical support and faculty training.
• Conduct marketing promotions (digital & print).
• Issue certificates to students upon successful completion.
Franchisee Responsibilities:
- Maintain a center with minimum 400–600 sq. ft. area, equipped with computers and internet access.
• Handle local promotion and student enrollment.
• Ensure classes are conducted as per schedule and maintain discipline & quality.
• Follow Life Infotech’s branding guidelines and standard operating procedures.

All students will receive a Life Infotech Certificate upon completion. Internship and project support included in technical courses. Franchisees earn 20% commission per student based on actual fees collected.
6. Term and Renewal
This Agreement shall remain valid for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of signing. The Agreement may be renewed by mutual consent on the same or revised terms.
7. Confidentiality
The Franchisee agrees to maintain confidentiality of all training materials, student data, fee structure, and operational information provided by the Franchisor.
8. Termination
This Agreement may be terminated by either party by giving 30 days written notice, or immediately in case of violation of brand policy, misuse of materials, or non-compliance with terms. Upon termination, the Franchisee must cease using the Life Infotech brand name and logo immediately.
9. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, study materials, software, and course content are the exclusive property of Life Infotech. The Franchisee shall not copy, distribute, or modify the materials for commercial use outside the terms of this Agreement.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved amicably between both parties. If unresolved, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
11. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire understanding between both parties and supersedes all previous communications or representations.
